If you are scheduled for your procedure at Princeton Endoscopy Center and you have not yet been vaccinated against COVID-19, you must obtain a PCR test prior to your procedure. Please contact our office for details.

Open Access Colonoscopy

We are now offering Open Access Colonoscopy for screening colonoscopies at the Princeton Endoscopy Center without prior office consultation. We would like to make colon cancer screening easier and more convenient. Patients are invited to proceed with Open Access Colonoscopy if you meet the following criteria:

  • Colonoscopy is for ROUTINE Screening, a personal history of polyps or colon cancer, a family history of colon cancer or polyps.
  • You have NO active symptoms (abdominal pain, changes in bowel habits, or major bleeding).
  • You do not have any severe pulmonary, neurologic or cardiac disease.

If you have any bleeding, abdominal pain, or gastrointestinal symptoms, on blood thinners such as Plavix, Eliquis or other antiplatelet medications, or if you would like to consult with our physicians for any active gastrointestinal problems or discussions, please call our office at 609-924-1422 to schedule an office visit.

If you believe Open Access Colonoscopy is the right option for you, please download the patient packet forms to review and complete. Call our office at 609-924-1422 to schedule the OPEN ACCESS COLONOSCOPY, and ask your primary care physician to fill out the Physician Open Access Documents and FAX them to our office at 609-924-7473.
